Engineering Technology - Xenia & Yellow Springs

students with robot Engineering Technology is offered as a satellite program at Xenia High School, and Yellow Springs High School. These programs allow students to take advantage of the Greene County Career Center experience while remaining at their high school.

The Engineering program at Xenia is offered as a Project Lead the Way program, which starts in ninth and tenth grades as foundation classes. The curriculum makes science and mathematics relevant for all students. By engangin in hands-on, real-world projects students understand how the skills they are learning in the classroom can be applied to everday life. Project Lead the Way helps students succeed by building strategic partnerships among high schools, colleges, universities and businesses.  This program provides students with rigorous, relevant, reality-based knowledge necessary to pursue engineering or engineering technology majors in college.
