Digital Media

  • Program Profile
Media has found itself at the forefront as one of the largest and fastest growing industries. Radio and television are still a strong part of this industry, but the internet demands more content. The list of job opportunities continues to recreate itself as new companies find more interesting ways to display and create their media. Greene County Career Center’s Digital Media offers current and ahead-of-the-game technology to the classroom featuring 4k resolution. With the help of local professional set designers, we have created a modern style news desk, studio, and control room that will allow you to build a resume reel. In addition to the new television and video production studio, Digital Media allows you to explore other career areas like graphic design, web site design, music production, photography and cinematography. The most current software packages – like Adobe Creative Cloud – gives you an advantage as you enter college or the workforce upon completion of the program.
