Ed2Go Instructor-Led Courses
Over 300 courses are available and provide well-crafted lessons, expert online instruction, and interaction with fellow students. You have the flexibility to study at your own pace while still having enough structure and support to complete the course. Classroom access is available 24/7 from anywhere with an Internet connection. New sessions of each course run every month. They last six weeks, with two new lessons being released weekly (for a total of 12). The courses are entirely Web-based with comprehensive lessons, quizzes, and assignments. A dedicated expert instructor facilitates every course; pacing learners, answering questions, giving feedback, and facilitating discussions.
University of Dayton Graduate and Undergraduate Workshop Credit Option
The University of Dayton in collaboration with Greene County Career Center Adult Workforce Division is offering graduate and undergraduate workshop credit for Ed2Go Instructor-Led courses. Individuals can earn up to 2 semester hours of graduate/undergraduate workshop credit hours through the University of Dayton after successful completion of a Greene County Career Center On-Line AWE Ed2Go course. UD credit can be purchased with a minimum of 12.5 completion hours. A reflection paper will be required if the hours completed are less than 12.5 hours. Please review requirements for each course to ensure computer compatibility. Greene County Career Center Adult Workforce Education Division can provide businesses with online customized business training solutions. Businesses can either choose Instructor-Led Courses or Self-Paced Tutorials for their staff. The Instructor-Led Courses provide an instructor-paced environment where your employees can receive training and education on a variety of topics. New sessions start monthly with two lessons released each week. The Self-Paced Tutorials are open-enrollment courses covering a wide range of topics and industries from the leading vendors in online training. Self-Paced Tutorials are great for quickly building industry-specific skills or earning continuing education credits. Courses range in hours and price point but many are inexpensive and can even be completed during a lunch hour. Participating businesses don't have to hassle with purchasing, integrating, administering, or supporting the technology. They can reap the rewards of this unique online training tool without any behind-the-scenes headaches.

Gatlin Up to $6,000 of Financial Aid for Military Spouses Enrolled in Career Training Programs
Well-crafted lessons, expert online instruction, and interaction with the instructor and other students will allow military spouses to gain valuable knowledge at their convenience. In-demand programs include: Pharmacy Technician, Medical Transcriptionist, Bookkeeping the Easy Way, Administrative Professional with Microsoft Office Specialist, and many more. The programs can be accessed 24/7 from anywhere with an Internet connection. Spouses of Department of Defense Active Duty members and federally activated members of the National Guard and Reserve Components are eligible for the CAA program. CAA Financial Assistance pays for education and training programs, tuition, and licensing/credentialing fees. Upon acceptance into the CAA program, military spouses can begin their Career Training Program anytime. Programs range from three to six months and many offer an extension period o\if necessary. Check individual programs for internshp or externship opportunities.

Their programs are recognized by leading industry organizations like ASHI, CREIA, NAHI, InterNACHI, NABCEP, BPI, and RESNET. Gatlin On-Line Test Prep Classes, GED Courses, High School Credit Recovery
Nationwide, approximately 7,000 students drop out of high school each day and the unemployment rate is 13.3% among people 25 and older possessing less than a high school diploma. In partnership with Ed2Go and Smart Horizons Career Online Education, Greene County Career Center's Adult Workforce Education Division has taken action to help reverse those trends to offer adults seeking secondary education the ability to receive their high school diploma in a dynamic, online learning environment. Through this partnership, adults who have not earned a high school diploma can receive a high-quality education completely online from an accredited high school. In addition to earning their diploma, students will also receive career training in one of five sought-after fields
