  • Program Profile
    Food and Hospitality is open to students interested in travel, food service and the hotel industries. The goal of the program is to prepare you to secure and succeed in entry level technical and skill job opportunities. You will learn in a hands-on laboratory setting and participate in cooperative work experiences at a variety of businesses and organizations. The program features an on-campus restaurant and banquet/conference room that allows students to prepare, present, sell and serve diner-inspired menu items to GCCC staff and student. The banquet/ conference room offers an environment for you to gain experience with banquet and catering setups that meet industry standards.
