Jake Wuebben joins Amanda Murray and Jessica Blair as recipients of the State FFA Degree
Jacob Wuebben, junior at the Greene County Career Center
in the Power Equipment Mechanics program, Amanda Murray, recent graduate of Xenia High School and Jessica Blair, senior at Xenia High School, were awarded the prestigious State FFA Degree, the Ohio FFA Associations highest honor.
This award is presented to only three percent of FFA members annually. In order to earn the State FFA Degree, members must meet numerous qualifications. Those seeking this recognition must be a junior, senior, or recent high school graduate, be active leaders within their respective FFA chapters on the local and state levels, served countless community service hours, and have worked over 1,000 hours in an agricultural job or earned over $3,000 in an agricultural-based project. The degree system encourages students to achieve and grow towards establishing themselves in their agricultural career.
